Thank you for completing our survey. With only a few hours left for others to express interest in the 2028 Ireland St. Patrick's Day parade performance, we want to make sure we're doing everything we can to get the word out.
In life, we can often only reminisce about our drum corps days as time and other life responsibilities carry us further away. These projects are somewhat of an exception, because we're doing something familiar with familiar faces, or maybe it's someone new with a similar past drum corps personality who might unexpectedly conjure warm memories of someone we remember.
We've done a few of these projects through the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project group, so we know alumni often get left out of the loop until it's too late. We're just too spread out over distance and time.
That said, we're hoping you can help us. How? Think of past friends you performed with, and try to connect with them to see if they've heard about this opportunity. If we're lucky, they have, and better yet, sent us their survey as well. If not, you can help get the word out before the September 1st deadline.

How can I change my submission? Don't worry about it. This survey was mainly to gauge demand and move the project forward. Since you received this email, you're already in the best position for information.
How soon do I have to pay my deposit? Anytime, but definitely by October 1, 2026. About 20% of our recipients have already paid for their spots.
How do I know if I paid my deposit? Please email us at
Is my spot saved? When you pay your deposit, you will claim your spot.
What about my guest? Your guests do not pay a deposit with us. When you visit the Tour Group website, you'll add your guests then.
Can I get a refund on deposit? Of course. Things happen. We have a page on the official FAQ page along with a form to use. Unfortunately, with PayPal, we can refund the PayPal fee portion (less than $5) along with the rest electronically, but only for 6 months. After that point, we'll have to issue a check. See the page for more details. Others have kept their deposit with us for a future project, and you are always welcome to do the same.
Will I eventually need a passport? Yes, eventually you will need one. If you currently have one, make sure that it doesn't expire within 6 months of our trip. If so, you'll need to renew it before you leave. If you've never had one before, you can learn about U.S. passports. Make sure you get a passport book (not a Passport Card). The current price for a new passport or to renew an existing passport is $130.
